Our Mixed Martial Arts program is the ultimate in fitness and conditioning and is great for self defense purposes. It is a professionally structured, safe program for Men , Women and Children. You are working your stand up (Boxing, Kickboxing, Kyokushin Karate) and your ground work (Grappling, JuJitsu, Wrestling ), etc. skills in this program. We work hard on skills and building a strong foundation. Nothing is more important than having strong fundamentals that come through the use of a sound beginner's curriculum.
